First thing first before criticism let me clear the point and situation I being nature lover, being a traveller, I don't expect over luxurious accomodation and services knowing that market area is far away from location (approx 15 km) so all arrangements will take time, considering all the fact at nominal services was expected.
1.Hospitality and management is below average, maximum time care taker, Pradip da was missing.
2.Whole camp has only 2 tree house, and courtyard of camp is full of long grass.
There is no proper walking ramp to walk around in the courtyard.
3.There is no provision of cycling as mentioned in the website, for boating we had requested in the evening as well as in the next morning but every time the care taker made several excuses to prevent extra activities.
4.The funny and awful experience, as soon as the sun sets to be more accurate after 7.00 p.m only one person was there for service rest all was missing. Whole campsite was covered by dark, even when asked to light the dedicated sitting area, they again started making excuses. When our group started gossiping about worst services, they simply just turned on the light, but they didn't care about cleaning the area, we ourselves made arrangements for our sittings.
So the expectations of night walk is just over expectation.
5.Fooding:
In lunch they served rice, aloo bhaja, dal, aloo posto and a dish of fish. The quality of fish just awful, it seems like the fish was frozen for a long time so to make up they had over fried, while eating it feels like chewing gum. Rest all dishes was fine.
***Suggestion: could serve a local sweet***
At evening we were served momo quality was okay type.In addition to that we had ordered(in the morning only for evening snacks) 1 kg of shalpatar chicken costing 500 there was also we had received only disappointment. The chicken was just disgusting in taste, no proper marination as a result no flavour, no essence of shalpata.
***Suggestion: for those who are traveling from Kolkata city or any other city, don't waste your money for that type tasteless thing, one can carry any ready to cook snacks for evening .***
6.There is no more activities rather i should say without kitchen and dining room and two tree house there is nothing more you can do after the sun set one might feel bored to spend time, as earlier mentioned the whole camp is totally dark no extra lighting.

no blankets had been provided.
Next morning the breakfast was served, there too the ghugni they served is just average, I beleive the local residents would make much better quality ghugni even with bare minimal cooking ingredients.
Conclusion:the experience in the camp is just below average I again clarify that I didn't expected services like luxurious resort type but minimum services at least better fooding was expected that too was comprised hence 2 star.
